THE VIJNANA BHAIRAVA TANTRA

ANCIENT TANTRIC WISDOM A HOLISTIC APPROACH

that addresses each of the five koshas, working to purify and align them to support spiritual evolution and realisation. By harmonising the physical, energetic, mental, intellectual, and blissful aspects of one's being, Tantra Yoga guides individuals toward a deeper understanding of their true nature and a heightened state of spiritual awareness and fulfilment. Tantra Yoga is a comprehensive and transformative spiritual practice that aims to harmonize and integrate all aspects of an individual's being, including the five koshas (layers or sheaths) described in yogic philosophy. THE EFFECTS OF TANTRA ON ALL LEVELS OF OUR BEING

Annamaya Kosha (Physical Sheath):

Effects: Tantra Yoga recognises the physical body as sacred and a vehicle for spiritual evolution. Physical practices, including asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath control), are incorporated to optimize physical health and vitality. Regular physical practice in Tantra Yoga helps purify and strengthen the Annamaya Kosha, enhancing physical health, flexibility, and energy. Pranamaya Kosha (Energetic Sheath):

Manomaya Kosha (Mental Sheath):

I have a deep reverence for the traditional teachings of Tantra, dedicating my life to studying, practicing, and sharing the profound knowledge of this sacred path.

My journey began over a decade ago when he embarked on a quest to understand the intricate layers of Tantra's philosophy, rituals, and esoteric practices. I have been lucky enough to be guided by renowned Tantric masters and immersed in years of intense sadhana (spiritual practice), I honed my expertise and gained a profound insight into the transformative potential of Tantra.

My teaching approach is characterized by a blend of ancient wisdom and contemporary understanding. with compassiontion and patientience creating a safe and nurturing environment for students to explore the depths of Tantra. My offering are tailored to each individual's unique journey, allowing them to uncover their authentic selves, heal emotional wounds, and experience spiritual evolution. I offer my support, guidance and reflection of truth so that you can discover your own truth for yourself.
