The power and wisdom of self realisation

Through my own journey and experience of going through the process I became aware of my own conditioning, patterns and limiting beliefs. We can listen to the truth but in order for the transformation to occur we must do the work on an energetic level, so that we can embody the truth and for it to have any effect on how we life our life moment to moment. What happens when we only listen to the truth and don’t do the work is that it becomes an after thought after we have reacted. We then feel guilty or ashamed because we remember what we have been told yet wasn’t able to respond from that truth in the moment. After the initial realisation this process of aligning that relation with all experience takes time it doesn’t happen in an instant we have to align all experience moment to moment. This can only happen when the transformation has occurred on an energetic level.

The mind can be very tricky we can think yes I have understood but in the moment we are unable to see the truth in the experience and we still react in the same way. We have to be really honest with our self wether we have truly realised the truth of what we are or wether we have only understood it on an intellectual level. The proof really is in the way we react or respond to all experiences wether it’s an internal experience of intense emotion, limiting belief or a difficult external situation.

This is why the most important part is the methods and practices of tantra because they work on an energetic level, transforming you deeply on all levels. When the transformation has taken place we don’t have to try and not get triggered and we don’t react from a place of ignorance. We naturally are aware and present as the truth. We respond with our speech and actions from that truth. We do not shy away from what we are experiencing no matter how intense, painful or difficult. We have the ability to question our thoughts and recognise our liming beliefs. We live in deep surrender to what is able to be with all emotions with out suppress, denying, busying ourself try to get rid of them or exploding into emotional reactivity completely controlled by them. We tune into the truth and do what needs to be in the done in the moment. The transformation that occurs changes through self realisation changes your perception of what you are and the world. You respond from that realisation of the truth rather than from what you have believed to be. A deep inner wisdom arises in every moment that guides you through life. This is the power and the wisdom of self realisation.
